1. Synopsis- summary of text.

2. Cover Letter- accompanying, explanatory letter: a letter sent with another document or package, providing necessary or additional information.

3. Editor- Someone who edits you work.

4. Agent- Someone who promotes you work.

5. Novel- a fictitious prose narrative of considerable length and complexity, portraying characters and usually presenting a sequential organization of action and scenes.

6. Query letter- a request for information.

7. Publish- prepare text or work to be published or viewed by the public.

8. Publisher- A company or person that represents your work and attempts to sell it.

9. Theme- what the theme or type of your novel has.

10. Publishing house- established publishing company: an established publishing company that prepares and produces material in printed or electronic form for distribution and, usually, sale.
